Due to their on-going success and proactive strategic planning, we are now searching for an Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager your primary responsibility is to ensure the business runs effectively and efficiently. You will achieve this through the following tasks and duties:

• Project management
• Resource allocation
• Staff supervision
• Client relations
• Oversee day to day activities
• Provide leadership and foster a positive working environment
• Staff management including performance evaluations and identifying training needs
• Strategic planning

To be successful as the Operations Manager you will possess the following:

• Engineering qualification – preferably Bachelor of Civil or higher
• Proven experience in a managerial role – consulting or contracting experience are both relevant
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices
• Sound foundation in civil/structural design

Due to the dynamic nature of this role, you will find yourself undertaking a diverse array of engineering and business management tasks. Therefore, your ability to prioritize, delegate and efficiently manage time will be of paramount importance.

In return for your efforts as Operations Manager you will receive an extremely generous salary package including base salary (to be negotiated), fully maintained company vehicle, superannuation, and highly lucrative bonuses – your OTE would be in the range of $230,000+.
